CGGroup has the capabilities and experience in delivery of castings with weight range from 0.01 kg to 4,000 kg:

• die casting,
• pressure casting,
• sand casting,
• investment casting – lost wax method,
• shell molding casting.

We can deliver castings made of materials like:

• cast iron,
• cast steel,
• aluminum alloys.

Our own design office develops the technology (design, production and adapt models), as well as entire casting process – up to the fully processed product.

Depending on the client’s needs, we offer the wide range of tests, e.g. structural, mechanical, NDT.

Many years of experience in the foundry industry allows us to redesign welded and machined elements into castings. Changing the production process from welding to casting allows us to reduce production costs while improving the mechanical properties of the item.
