Production process analysis and optimization

Based on many years of experience in the analysis of technological processes and product optimization in terms of strength and manufacturing costs, we can offer:

• change of the welded part to the cast one,
• change the material from the element is made,
• optimization of heat treatment.

Manufacturing technology design and development

Regardless of production process is based on (forging, casting or welding); in each case, our team develop and prepare documentation of the entire process – from materials selection, through heat treatment to the requirements related to the final product.

Quality control

Each production process requires constant control of its parameters and measurements of crucial values (e.g. geometry) on every stage. Depending on the client’s requirements, we preparing guidelines and implement a quality control system fitted to his individual needs.
